We have automated it: our request-for-quote system runs thousands of these exchanges in parallel, taking in demand for deals and liquidity across the network in real time. The result is a data advantage the market has never had: we see who wants what, and at what price, as it happens.

From triage through due diligence to listing, our core investment process runs with agentic support at every stage. Opportunities are screened, analysed, structured, and brought to platform at a breadth and speed a manual process cannot reach. Judgement and the final decision rest with our investment committee.
