The Platform is provided exclusively to qualified and onboarded Professional Investors who are sufficiently sophisticated to understand the risks of investing in digital and virtual assets and make their own investment decisions. All information and documents made available on the Platform is being provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as a solicitation, offer or recommendation by EVIDENT to invest in anything on the Platform, investment advice or a recommendation of any particular investment product, strategy or market.
